Michael Ivers opened Lake Minnetonka Complete Marine Services in 2006 after 8 years of working at other marinas around the lake. He felt that none of these marinas offered the level of service he felt was necessary. Michael grew up in Minnetonka and graduated from Minnetonka High School. He attended Hennepin Technical College during high school for marine and motor sports and attended American Marine Institute in Daytona Beach, Florida in 1997 and 1998. Michael has been through numerous factory schools including Mercruiser, Mercury, Volvo, OMC and has attained Master Mechanic status with Mercruiser. Mike continues to attend classes to stay up to date with today’s current technology through AMTECH (Association of Marine Technicians) & MCTINA (Marine Career Training Institute of North America). Our business philosophy is to do top quality work at a fair price.
